Genetic diversity of plant pathogen valsa sordida using microsatellite markers

نویسندگان

چکیده

The genetic diversity of Valsa sordida isolates from different geographical regions and hosts was investigated using MP-PCR markers. PCR amplifications were done eight primers. Of them, only four primers [(ATC)7, (ACTG)4, (CGA)5, (AAC)8] produced polymorphic bands. At least 88.5% polymorphism revealed by the maximum (97%) generated (ACTG)4 primer three diagnosable groups (1, 2 3) resolved in resulting dendrogram constructed UPGMA algorithm. results showed high among confirmed merit accuracy markers for studying variability V. at intra-species level. We have not found any correlations between observed region or host plant isolates, unless limited cases. abundant formation sexual state fungus infected parts trees, as well possible asexual recombination during reproduction, are suggested influencing factors individuals.

Assessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers

Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...

Genetic diversity analysis of recombinant inbred lines of rice (Oryza sativa L.) using microsatellite markers

Estimation of genetic diversity is an important factor in germplasm conservation and characterization. In rice breeding programs, genetic diversity information on specific regions of genome can be very useful for the application of marker assisted selection (MAS) and for gene mapping. A total of 152 rice lines were considered for breeding programs using microsatellites (SSR) technique. The tota...

Assessment of Genetic Diversity of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Cultivars using Microsatellite Markers

Determining the level of genetic diversity and relationships among genotypes is foundation for identifying the appropriate parents in different breeding objects. In present study, the genetic diversity of 22 wheat cultivars were tested using 22 pairs of SSR primers. Out of 24 detected alleles, 11 were able to show desirable polymorphism. In average 2.18 alleles per locus were generated, in whic...

A Study of Genetic Diversity of Common Buzzard (Buteo buteo) from Iran Using Microsatellite Markers

The common buzzard (Buteo buteo) is a bird of prey with Eurasia distribution. Buteo buteo from Iran, has an important role in the ecological cycle of the north and the northwest parts of Iran, now is suffering from illegal hunting. Blood samples from 50 Buteo buteo birds from rehabilitation center of Pardisan Park, Tehran, Iran were taken to evaluate and study the gen...

Assessment of the Genetic Diversity of Almond (Prunus dulcis) Using Microsatellite Markers and Morphological Traits

The genetic diversity among 56 almond (Prunus dulcis) genotypes was analysed using 35 microsatellite markers and 14 morphological traits. Analysis of morphological traits revealed a wide range of variation among the studied genotypes. Out of 35 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) markers, 25 were polymorphic, producing 215 alleles that varied from 2 to 16 with an average of 8.76 alleles per locus. R...
